Booking and Cancellation Policy
Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest is required to comply with the payment policy in order to complete the booking. Full prepayment of 100% of the total amount is required no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Payment must be made via the link that will be provided. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The guest has the right to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, no refund will be possible.
The tourist tax must be paid directly at the property during check-in.
Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required.
Galliera Residence also accepts debit and credit cards.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are kindly requested to provide their estimated arrival time at least one day prior to their arrival. This allows us to coordinate and prepare for your arrival accordingly.
Check-in Time and Methods
Check-in is available from 14:30 onwards and can be completed via two methods:
In-Person Check-in: If you arrive before 𝟏𝟕:𝟎𝟎 and have communicated your estimated arrival time, a staff member will welcome you personally and provide your access codes.
Self Check-in (Automated): For arrivals after 𝟏𝟕:𝟎𝟎, or if no estimated arrival time is provided, check-in will be conducted through an automated system. Guests will receive detailed instructions, access codes, and a video guide prior to arrival. Assistance is available by phone, and staff will follow up to ensure a comfortable check-in experience.
Early Arrival
Guests may arrive as early as 𝟎𝟖:𝟎𝟎 to store luggages and begin exploring the city, even if the room is not yet available.
Check-out Time
Check-out is by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Luggage storage after check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
